COVID-19 Guidelines
Necessary measures taken
Hand sanitiser is provided upon entrance to the studio. Hand washing facilities are provided in kitchen and bathroom. Cleaning will be undertaken prior to each hire. Practise social distancing and maintain two metres distance between team members whenever possible. Where social distancing is not possible (MUA, hairstylists), PPE must be worn. Those showing symptoms of COVID-19 (new continuous cough or a high temperature) will be refused access to the studio and advised to stay at home.
What we can do
Help to limit crew members at any given time in the studio. The studio will be staffed by a single member of staff. Food must be portioned to each crew member and water bottles should have each person’s name on. Extended days are available to help styling, set, photo/film crew limiting team members on set at one time.
What you can do
Client/production should be aware of all APA and Government guidelines surrounding COVID-19. Please minimise crew members where possible. Provide additional hand sanitiser stations. Provide PPE for close contact crew members, such as MUA or hairstylists. High risk individuals should be made aware to the studio before the shoot date. Check all crew members are not showing any symptoms prior to the shoot. Where possible, prearrange transport to and from the studio for all team members. Public transport should be avoided if possible. The studio is based within a live/work building with residents. Please do not congregate at the main entrance or in the corridors. Masks are to be worn at all times entering the building. In the event of a crew member testing positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the shoot the studio must be notified and contacted for track and trace. Take responsibility for ensuring all onsite crew members have filled out a health declaration and are fit for work.
